This is the place

This is the place to get in the Christmas spirit! A Christmas season wouldn't be complete with out a trip to temple square. It was a great night to see the lights, warmer weather than we had been having and light snow! After walking around temple square we went and had dinner at The Roof atop of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building! What a wonderful view with all of the lights on Temple Square illuminated. It was a wonderful evening!

Go Jazz!

We are with our family and in familiar territory! It is so wonderful to be back! We were got to go watch a Jazz game in the lower bowl with my parents! It was a great game!

The Other Side...

To celebrate the end of the semester, we went to "the other side" of the island to soak up some sun before heading to Utah. (Yes we do get snow here in Hawaii, that is snow on top of our mountain/volcano Mauna Kea.)

Somewhere Over the Rainbow

I love rainbows! We are able to have them so frequently here. I never have my camera while I am out and about to snap a picture of them. So I was so excited when I was at home and looked out the window and what did I see.....this gorgoues rainbow. So I ran outside with my camera to get a pic. I am sure all of our neighbors were like there is that crazy haole again. (If you look close there is a faint second rainbow.)

First Semester Pau!

It is so exciting to have the first semester of pharmacy school pau (finished)! It is amazing how fast time is going! It seems like we were just moving in. Marcus is proud of all the "stuff" he has learned this semester. He wanted a picture taken of him and all of his books and notes. He has been studying hard and it has paid off in great grades! Way to go, Marcus!

The Blogging World

I was first introduced to the blogging world while in Dental Hygiene school. It is was an assignment to blog about our findings and go ons while in clinic. I did not like blogging then because I was forced in to doing it.

I am now going to start a blog for us because I want to. We are doing it to stay in touch with all of those that we love!
